Although the below is not an exhaustive list, we recommend:
• Users should only download Zoom from reputable sources, such as: the zoom website, Apple/Android app store and the Chrome/Firefox webstore.
• Be cautious with emails and files received from unknown senders.
• Don’t open unknown attachments or click on links within the emails.
• Beware of lookalike domains, spelling errors in emails and websites, and unfamiliar email senders. AMP Cyber has noticed an uptick in fraudulent websites being created incorporating the word, ‘zoom’ in their address. Additional Resources
